Since using this jug, I'm much more hydrated because I have a new 'craving' for water. The water smells better, tastes better and actually feels softer. I can't drink just one glass. The same way you want to spend more time around people who make you feel good; I want to drink more water because it has 'good energy'. I even fill my dog's bowl with this structured water, and when I come home from work, her bowl is empty. One day, I switched back to tap water, and returned to find it untouched. Wow. ~Kathy
